Service Charter

The University of Turin' s Service Charter is the communicative tool with which the University of Turin provides its community with information on the services it provides, describing their characteristics, methods of access and quality standards.
 

It is a single institutional document at the level of the individual Directorates, and the services of the University Library System are encapsulated in the service charter of the General Affairs and Cultural Heritage Directorate.
