Borrowing books

All University libraries grant a free book lending service for students, scholars and UniTo staff.

To access this service, students must have regularly payed their enrolment fees. It is personal responsibility to manage one's own Library borrowing and either to return or renew borrowed items on time.

Lending rules, a list of borrowable books and overdue fines are declared in the library regulation. Users may check on the Catalogue which items are available for lending. The status your borrowings is available on your personal area after logging in with your Unito account.

Borrowing duration and maximum quantity of items may change in accordance with the library service regulation.

Unless otherwise specified, all library facilities are available during the library opening time.

Usage restrictions apply to rare works, ancient books and journals.
